Come to Crossroads BJJ if you are looking for a great workout and even better instruction in the art of Jiu-Jitsu from Dustin. The training consist of very detailed instruction from Dustin, then we do a great cardio workout, followed by live sparring where you can apply what you've learned. It is a very effective method of learning the art. Not to mention in the 1st ten sessions of class I lost 15lbs and I am looking and feeling like my old self. I highly recommend this training to anyone!!! Come down and get a great workout with us and lean one of the most popular martial arts!!!!

Testimonial

Crossroads BJJ is the best martial arts and grappling school I've ever trained at, and I've trained at many over the last 20 years.  Dustin is a great instructor and motivator with a ton of BJJ and self-defense knowledge that he breaks down in a technical manner to make digestable for students of all levels. The atmosphere is very welcoming for new students and it doesn't take long to become part of the crossroads clan!  If you want to get in the best shape of your life, while learning how to protect it, look no further than Crossroads BJJ.
