Traditional gyms for me would lose their appeal after a few months. The machines and workouts, although effective, would become tedious and stale. I would soon lose interest and stop going. Crossroads provides a great learning environment with like minded individuals who want to work and learn. Dustin keeps you engaged and motivated to improve every day.
