Competition and Fitness Classes
Crossroads BJJ is now running Competition and Fitness classes 3 Days a week to help students get in the best shape of their lives. With Several Crossroads BJJ students looking to Compete in Tournaments in CT and in New England being in great shape is a one of the best ways to be prepared for an up coming tournament.
Our Competition and Fitness class is a great way for those who are also looking to get some extra sparring time in! With a mix of circuit training, Movement Drills and Sparring the Crossroads BJJ competition and Fitness Class is a great way to give anybody who participates it the advantage in their next competition.
For those who aren’t interested in Competing the workout that you will get in this class will push you to be in the best shape of your life! The problem with working out alone is that you don’t have your friends there to motivate you to push out the next rep and keep you trying your best! with A group of people supporting you, YOU can’t fail! And thats really what Crossroads BJJ is at its core. A group of people who want to help each other get to be as good as they possibly can all while having a great time and enjoying themselves!
