Had a great time with the folks at crossroads BJJ gym. I'm a visitor from out of town and the welcomed me in. No attitudes nothing but friendly folks! Cool men and women that enjoy learning and helping one another get better. Quality of instruction is very good, and it’s obvious that a lot of care is put into the development of the trainees. Nothing is free so you’ll have to put in the time on the mats to progress. Be prepared to discover the many stages of white belt. Great exercise and a lot of fun learning a useable skill that not many people out there know.

Crossroads BJJ is an excellent place for anyone with zero experience to more advanced. The classes are thought by people who are willing to help you out throughout the learning process and understand the importance of the basics in other to develop cohesive and fundamental grappling skills. Monday Night Winter BJJ – New England Style

February 8, 2016

With another New England snow storm making the roads nice and slippery tonights BJJ Class turned into a semi private lesson for those brave(crazy) enough to get on the roads and make it to class! Coach Mike held a Q&A session on the half guard, going over what to do when you are stuck flat on your back, how to use your knee to protect yourself from strikes as well as somebody who is attempting to pass and a wide range of other questions.
After the Q&A everybody grabbed a partner and we did a few rounds of sparring before everybody packed up and headed home!
