Had a great time with the folks at crossroads BJJ gym. I'm a visitor from out of town and the welcomed me in. No attitudes nothing but friendly folks! Cool men and women that enjoy learning and helping one another get better. Quality of instruction is very good, and it’s obvious that a lot of care is put into the development of the trainees. Nothing is free so you’ll have to put in the time on the mats to progress. Be prepared to discover the many stages of white belt. Great exercise and a lot of fun learning a useable skill that not many people out there know.

Crossroads BJJ is an excellent place for anyone with zero experience to more advanced. The classes are thought by people who are willing to help you out throughout the learning process and understand the importance of the basics in other to develop cohesive and fundamental grappling skills. Thursday night Team Training – BJJ CT

February 15, 2016

Today two of our most senior students purple belts Denis and James taught the team training class working how to control from the turtle position and also how to escape to reclaim the top position. Great Class with a lot of great knowledge passed down to the newer students. One of the best things about Crossroads Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is that everybody is completely willing to share all of there best techniques so that everybody in the gym gets better! Crossroads has an amazing community of people who are always looking out for each other.
