Had a great time with the folks at crossroads BJJ gym. I'm a visitor from out of town and the welcomed me in. No attitudes nothing but friendly folks! Cool men and women that enjoy learning and helping one another get better. Quality of instruction is very good, and it’s obvious that a lot of care is put into the development of the trainees. Nothing is free so you’ll have to put in the time on the mats to progress. Be prepared to discover the many stages of white belt. Great exercise and a lot of fun learning a useable skill that not many people out there know.

Crossroads BJJ is an excellent place for anyone with zero experience to more advanced. Saturday Afternoon Team Training Promotions – BJJ CT

This Saturday was a Promotion day! This meant hard work and high level of training! Circuit training followed by sparring made sure that everybody in the room could use their jiu-jitsu in any situation! Congratulations to Shaun and WuTang for passing their Blue Belt Tests! Earning any Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu requires a great deal of effort and hard work and isn’t something that comes easy. Welcome to the next Level!
