Had a great time with the folks at crossroads BJJ gym. I'm a visitor from out of town and the welcomed me in. No attitudes nothing but friendly folks! Cool men and women that enjoy learning and helping one another get better. Quality of instruction is very good, and it’s obvious that a lot of care is put into the development of the trainees. Nothing is free so you’ll have to put in the time on the mats to progress. Be prepared to discover the many stages of white belt. Great exercise and a lot of fun learning a useable skill that not many people out there know.

Crossroads BJJ is an excellent place for anyone with zero experience to more advanced. Wednesday Night Team Training Class

July 20, 2016

Tonight during team training we had an open training session where student were able to work and refine the techniques of their choice. Continuous refinement of the techniques that work for you is essential to progressing in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Refinement allows you to discover new details about the techniques you already know, perfect your timing and gain confidence in your ability to successfully apply your moves against resisting opponents.
