Gracie Tampa and Rob Kahn Brown Belt Sonny Parlin taught an amazing No-Gi seminar on Leg Locks at Crossroads BJJ tonight covering a 3 main positions in the leg game and how to transition between them. During these positions he covered a variety of knee bars, straight ankle locks and heel hooks. Everybody walked away from the seminar with some great new leg lock attacks and transitions. Cool men and women that enjoy learning and helping one another get better. Quality of instruction is very good, and it’s obvious that a lot of care is put into the development of the trainees. Nothing is free so you’ll have to put in the time on the mats to progress. Be prepared to discover the many stages of white belt. Great exercise and a lot of fun learning a useable skill that not many people out there know.

Crossroads BJJ is an excellent place for anyone with zero experience to more advanced. The classes are thought by people who are willing to help you out throughout the learning process and understand the importance of the basics in other to develop cohesive and fundamental grappling skills.
