Last night during our Jiu-Jitsu Team Training class at Crossroads BJJ we worked a combination of three techniques from the over under position. Working one pass when we are able to keep our training partners leg long, another technique when our training partner is able to stop their leg from getting stretched out and a knee bar to keep our training partners guessing. The hardest attack to defend is the one you don’t see coming, so if we can show two techniques that take advantage of our bjj training partners leg being to straight we can prevent becoming predictable and increase our chances of either getting the guard pass or the knee bar.
